Cancellation Policy
Booking online secures your appointment with the Skate instructor or videographer . To cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can reschedule or cancel the session for the designated day and time. In the event of a no-show, where the skate instructor or videographer arrives at the agreed-upon skate location and no one is present to partake in the session Therefore, we urge you to cancel in a timely manner. Please note that there is a 15-minute grace period for all clients; if you are not available beyond this time, it will be considered a no-show. booking fee will not be refundable. Disclaimer: SkateMobb does not supply protective gear, such as helmets, elbow pads, knee pads, nor does it provide skates or skateboards for use during scheduled appointments. For your safety, we strongly recommend bringing your own skate and safety equipment.
